01. High-Pressure Die Casting
Equipped with 10+ advanced die-casting machines (280T-800T). Our high-pressure technology ensures dense, bubble-free aluminum bodies for superior durability.
02. Composite Base Technology
We apply a high-conductivity stainless steel disc to the bottom of aluminum pot blanks, ensuring rapid and even heat distribution, preventing hotspots, and enabling compatibility with all stovetops, including induction.
03. Polishing & Precision Finishing
Our skilled technicians use advanced polishing and precision finishing techniques to achieve a smooth, mirror-like surface, removing imperfections and preparing parts for subsequent treatments.
04. Sandblasting
Using high-pressure abrasive media, we perform sandblasting to clean, texture, and prepare aluminum surfaces, improving coating adhesion and creating a uniform, matte finish.
05. Spray Coating

06. Bottom Grinding & Turning
